The Community Services Division supports South Metro Fire Rescue’s mission by promoting safety, education, and community engagement, with the safety of our citizens and firefighters as our top priority.

We connect with the community beyond emergency response through outreach, programs, and strong community partnerships. The division includes Community Risk Reduction, Emergency Management, External Communications/Public Information Office,  Fire Marshal’s Office, and Internal Communications, each contributing to prevention, preparedness, and public safety.

Together, these efforts strengthen our connection with the community and support a proactive approach to safety.
