GET READY

Ready Colorado logo and link to this site with specific information about prepredness in Colorado. If you get snowed in a Colorado blizzard do you have emergency supplies for yourself and your family? It may not be a blizzard. Ice storms, floods, tornados and other disasters can, and do disrupt services for days, even weeks at a time. We can't always predict those events but we can predict that emergency services like ours will be stretched thin during disasters. That's why it's a good idea for you to be prepared, at home, at work, and in the car. The links on this page will help get you started on the road to being ready. We aren't trying to scare you, just prepare you.

READYColorado is a public awareness campaign supported by public and private partners concerned with homeland security and all-hazards preparedness. Its goal is to raise awareness about the importance of disaster preparedness among Colorado citizens.
