DOING BUSINESS WITH SOUTH METRO

The Life Safety Bureau's Development Services Section is responsible for plan reviews, permits and inspections for new construction and remodels. This document gives basic information on plan submmittals, a list of fees and includes the application form.

Planning documents for projects to be constructed within the South Metro Fire Rescue Fire District are to be submitted to us at 9195 E. Mineral Avenue in Centennial, CO. Plans will be reviewed to determine if they are in substantial compliance with the codes adopted within the district. 

At least two sets of plans are required for review and permiting. An application form must be completed and attached to planning documents. The application form can also be picked up at the address listed above.
