About Us Departments FireStations Emergency Medical Services Employment Plans/Permits/Inspections
The following is a list of contact information for the Fire Inspector staff that comprises the Code Compliance Section of the Life Safety Bureau.  The Code Compliance Section is responsible for conducting inspections and ensuring hazardous material compliance of all existing businesses and buildings within our district boundaries. The contact information shown below for the Fire Inspectors is provided for your convenience.  Our fire inspectors are not necessarily assigned a specific geographical area and may conduct inspections throughout the district boundaries. As with all of the Bureau’s Fire Inspectors, please understand that their primary “office” is in the field, so there may be a slight delay in returning your phone call should they be conducting a fire inspection or involved in other district business.
Many of our employees work a modified work schedule and/or may be assigned to a special assignment. Should you need immediate assistance and are unable to reach the specific party you are attempting to contact, please call our main Life Safety Bureau number at (720) 989-2230. In addition, you may also contact Rich Conroy, Section Supervisor for the Code Compliance Section, at rich.conroy@southmetro.org or on his direct line at (720) 989-2250.
