South Metro Fire Rescue - Plan Review Forms and Rules

The information contained on this page has been provided in an effort to assist in the plan submittal/permitting process as well as to provide general information which will be helpful for building projects within South Metro Fire Rescue Authority's service area. A completed Plan Review Application Form must accompany all documents/plans submitted to the Authority for review and/or permit. Click HERE to access the Plan Review Application Form. You may complete this form, print and attach it to a plan set being submitted for review or you may complete the form, save it and e-mail it along with an electronic plan set being submitted for review. This form is also available for pick up at 9195 E. Mineral Avenue, Centennial, CO 80112.
