Cottonwood Creek Elementary students and principal present South Metro Fire Rescue Authority with a big Thank you Sept. 3 after the Board of Directors donated an AED to their school. The AED was purchased through the South Metro Safety Foundation’s Sweet Hearts Ball earlier this year.

Two Pumpers for Sale
The South Metro Fire Rescue Authority has two pumpers for sale, a 1986 Boardman and a 1981 American LaFrance. Sealed bids are now being accepted. Please follow this link for photos and more information.
Boards Change Meeting Dates
At its July meeting the board of directors voted that all future board meetings will be held on the fourth Monday of each month. Meetings are held at 9195 East Mineral Avenue. A special board meeting will be held September 7 (agenda).
The Parker Fire District Board of Directors will continue to meet on the third Tuesday of each month, 7 p.m. at 10235 Parkglenn Way.
