Comprehensive Annual Financial Report

 The Finance Bureau also prepares the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) for the District on an annual basis. These financial statements are completed using Governmental Accounting Standards Board (GASB) pronouncements with notes and required supplemental information as required by the Government Finance Officers Association (GFOA). The CAFR includes the auditors reports, management discussion and analysis, and the financial statements, notes and supplemental information. It must be completed by June 30th of each year for the previous year.
